ATC Group Expands MRO Capabilities with Acquisition of PAS MRO

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Air Transport Components (“ATC Group”), a leading provider of component maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) services for the global aerospace industry, today announced the acquisition of PAS MRO, a specialized provider of bearing repair services.

This strategic acquisition strengthens ATC Group’s growing portfolio of capabilities and expands its footprint in high-value component repair, further enhancing service offerings to airline, OEM, and aftermarket customers worldwide.

PAS MRO, located in Bristow, Oklahoma, brings a strong reputation for technical expertise, quality, and customer responsiveness. The addition of PAS MRO complements ATC Group’s existing operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Gilbert, Arizona, creating meaningful operational synergies and expanding repair capabilities across key product lines.
