CORA Loyalty Adds James Mulroney as Chief Customer Officer

Company adds CCO to lead customer experience, business development and marketing initiatives

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CORA Loyalty, the loyalty portfolio arm of CORA Group (“CORA”), has added James Mulroney, PhD, to its executive leadership team. In his role as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Mulroney will lead CORA Loyalty’s global client organization, with a focus on driving client success, deepening strategic partnerships, and accelerating growth across the portfolio.

Mulroney brings nearly 30 years of IT and business-strategy leadership with deep expertise in AI-driven customer insight, loyalty and ecosystem strategy, and enterprise transformation. He most recently served as Global Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at Loyalty Juggernaut, where he led international teams on retention, renewals, and expansion across multi-million-dollar SaaS portfolios. Mulroney has also led digital-transformation and personalization programs for Majid Al Futtaim, Microsoft and Digital 14.
