RCI Receives Nasdaq Extension to File 10-Q

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On March 27, 2026, RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market granting a filing exception for its Form 10-Q for the first quarter ended December 31, 2025. On March 26, 2026, RCI had submitted to Nasdaq its plan to regain compliance.

In the letter, Nasdaq said the Company now has until June 29, 2026 to file and comply with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). RCI said the extension facilitates its plan for an anticipated April 2026 filing of the 10-Q.
