Carna Health Awarded on the Fortune’s America’s Most Innovative Companies 2026 List

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carna Health, a digital health company revolutionizing kidney care and related cardio-kidney metabolic (CKM) conditions, has been awarded on the Fortune list of America’s Most Innovative Companies 2026. This prestigious award is presented by Fortune and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on March 25th, 2026, and can currently be viewed on the Fortune website.

The America’s Most Innovative Companies 2026 ranking is based on three core pillars: product innovation, process innovation, and innovation culture. To assess innovation culture and internal perspectives on process innovation, Statista conducted online surveys allowing employees to evaluate their own organizations. External perspectives on process innovation and product innovation were gathered through surveys of industry experts, including recruiters, management consultants, and patent attorneys. To evaluate intellectual property portfolios, Statista partnered with LexisNexis® Intellectual Property Solutions, using its platform to analyze both the quantity and value of company patents. The 300 U.S. companies with the highest overall scores were included in the final ranking.

Carna Health ranked among the top 100 companies overall, placing it in the top 1% of all eligible organizations evaluated, and scored particularly highly in process and culture innovation categories.

"Being recognized on Fortune’s America’s Most Innovative Companies 2026 list is a testament to the incredible work our team at Carna Health is doing to revolutionize the care of Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome," said Dr. Salvatore Viscomi, CEO and Co-Founder of Carna Health. "Innovation is at the core of our mission – leveraging AI and global data not only to predict risk progression across all populations, but to equip local clinicians with the tools they need to intervene earlier and more effectively. This honor not only validates our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions for patients and motivates us to push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital health."

Statista publishes hundreds of worldwide industry rankings and company listings with high-profile media partners.
