Alliant 3 expands earlier Alliant vehicles by providing agencies with a flexible path to acquire systems engineering, cloud services, cybersecurity, data solutions, software development, and other emerging technology support. GSA has described Alliant 3 as an unrestricted BIC contract, and official program materials reference 11 emerging technology tracks. With its 50% small business participation target, the vehicle also creates meaningful opportunities for competition, teaming, and utilization of small businesses across socio-economic categories.

“As an Alliant 3 contract holder, TekSynap is ready to help agencies accelerate modernization through a flexible and competitive acquisition path,” said Fabian Plath. “This vehicle strengthens our ability to bring broad technical capabilities, innovation, and a strong record of mission delivery to major federal IT efforts while expanding teaming opportunities for small and disadvantaged businesses.”

Through Alliant 3, TekSynap will have the opportunity to compete as a prime contractor for some of the federal government’s largest IT services and modernization task orders. Backed by deep experience across cloud, AI, cyber, application services, digital modernization, and advanced wireless, TekSynap is well-positioned to help agencies advance secure, mission-focused transformation initiatives.
