About Vision Capital Corporation

At Vision Capital Corporation (“Vision”), we differentiate ourselves by challenging the traditional approach to real estate investing. We focus on identifying opportunities that deliver superior risk-adjusted total returns while prioritizing capital preservation. Our unique strategy, implemented through the Vision Funds (the “Funds”), provides a more efficient method of gaining real estate exposure by investing in publicly traded real estate securities.

We see inefficiencies in the real estate securities market as opportunities to create value. These inefficiencies enable the Funds to invest at lower cost bases, with reduced risks and enhanced liquidity compared to direct property ownership—all while maintaining a strong focus on protecting and growing capital.

The Funds operate under a global investment mandate, primarily focusing on North America, where structural inefficiencies in U.S. and Canadian real estate securities present significant value-creation opportunities. Our disciplined, value-driven, long-short strategy balances risk and reward while seizing high-conviction opportunities.

Vision Capital Corporation Comments on Speculated Amendments to Ireland’s Housing Regulation

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--We are very concerned about the prospect that recent press reports regarding amendments to rental housing regulations in Ireland would, if implemented, further exacerbate the nation’s current policy-induced housing crisis.
