Innovative Industrial Properties Declares First Quarter 2026 Dividends

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) (“IIP” or the “Company”) announced today that its board of directors has declared a first quarter 2026 dividend of $1.90 per share of common stock, representing an annualized dividend of $7.60 per common share. Since its inception in 2016, the Company has paid $1.1 billion in common stock dividends to its shareholders.

Additionally, IIP announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5625 per share of IIP’s 9.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.

The dividends are payable on April 15, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2026.
