MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) has been recognized by Newsweek as one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2026” for the fourth consecutive year. The annual list highlights U.S. companies that earn top scores in employee surveys evaluating factors such as likelihood to recommend, key drivers of workplace satisfaction–including work-life balance and compensation–and overall employer reputation.

“We’re proud to be recognized by Newsweek for our continued commitment to excellence as a high‑performing, values‑driven organization,” said Kelli Hunter Petruzillo, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Ameriprise. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our leaders, employees and advisors who lead with purpose and help clients achieve what matters most financially. At Ameriprise, we’re committed to creating a culture where people can grow, contribute in meaningful ways and feel confident in the impact they make each day.”

Newsweek, in partnership with the Plant-A Insights Group, surveyed more than 300,000 women working at U.S. companies with more than 1,000 employees over the last three years. Participants evaluated their current employers—as well as other organizations they were familiar with—based on their likelihood to recommend the company to other women and on key metrics of workplace satisfaction.

Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights Group to recognize America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women, chosen based on an independent survey of roughly 89,000 female employees. Eligible companies (U.S. companies employing over 1,000 individuals) were evaluated from April to October 2025, across several categories, including corporate culture; work-life-balance; company image; working environment; belonging and community; sustainability & awareness; compensation & benefits; training & career progression; mental wellbeing; job security. Research also included an analysis of eligible companies’ published ESG/EEO-1 and diversity reports in the past two years; share of women in management positions; number of women in key leadership positions (CEO, CTO, etc.); if company has a female founder; public information regarding official programs for female empowerment. Ameriprise did not pay a fee to be evaluated but did pay a fee to publicly cite the results.
