Icertis Expands Public Sector Footprint With New Office in Reston

Contract Intelligence Leader Grows Public Sector Practice by +80 Percent

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Icertis, the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, today announced plans to open a new office in Reston, Va. This location will serve as the hub for its growing public sector business, enabling closer collaboration with government agencies and contractors that rely on the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform.

The company will hire experts across product and consulting to join its growing cohort of public sector practitioners. Icertis industry leaders will also centralize in Reston to build out a comprehensive ecosystem of top talent specializing in government contracting.

“Now is the right time for Icertis to invest in its public sector business as we continue to drive growth through AI adoption and strong market demand,” said Rajat Bahri, Chief Financial Officer, Icertis. “Building on our momentum, Icertis is doubling down in the public sector to reinforce our leadership and help more agencies meet government mandates for digital transformation.”

Icertis grew its public sector practice by more than 80 percent in 2025 and solidified relationships with the largest agencies in the U.S., including the Defense Logistics Agency. The Reston expansion marks the next milestone in the company’s commitment to serve the federal government and government contractors with AI-first contract intelligence designed to accelerate cost efficiencies, increase transparency, and optimize resources in a unified solution.

“The public sector has unique contracting challenges, and Icertis is the only federal-ready platform built with the security and scalability agencies need,” said Rajan Venkitachalam, Corporate Vice President of Public Sector and Chief Information Security Officer, Icertis. “The new Reston office will allow us to work in lock step with customers who are now called to meet heightened demands while also advancing their missions through modern, AI-driven contracting.”

Icertis supports both federal agencies and government contractors by enabling them to navigate Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements with end-to-end intelligence and lifecycle-driven contract operations. With FedRAMP alignment and a security-first roadmap, Icertis speeds contracting on both sides of the process – from requisition to post-award management – while delivering automated compliance and data-driven oversight.
