Navan Opens New Boston Office

Expansion into Boston’s Seaport District Will Fuel Next Phase of Growth

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Navan (NASDAQ: NAVN), the global AI-powered business travel and expense platform, today announced the opening of a new office in Boston, Massachusetts. As a company built to drive in-person connections, Navan’s move facilitates face-to-face collaboration with the many Fortune 500 companies and disruptive startups that call the city home.

Navan already maintains a strong foothold in the market with many Boston-based customers. This new hub—Navan’s sixth in North America—allows the company to better serve its Northeast customer base while tapping into the elite talent pool emerging from some of the world’s leading universities.

“We’re thrilled to officially open an office in Boston's Seaport District to best serve our growing Northeast customer base and be closer to our Massachusetts-based prospects,” said Grant McGrail, Chief Revenue Officer of Navan. “You don't land in Boston for 'average’; you come here for the best problem-solvers on the planet. By setting up shop right next to some of the world's top universities and the most innovative companies, we’re making sure Navan is positioned to be fueled by one of the smartest, most competitive talent pools in the country.”

Navan’s newest office reinforces that AI-forward companies thrive in AI-powered cities. By embedding itself in an ecosystem bolstered by the state’s $120 million investment in the Massachusetts AI Hub, Navan is surrounding itself with elite talent and other exceptional, tech-forward companies.

“Massachusetts is proud to welcome Navan’s expansion into Boston and the Seaport District. This new office is a strong vote of confidence in the state’s tech talent, world-leading universities, and innovation ecosystem,” said Massachusetts Undersecretary of Business Strategies, Zenobia Moochhala. “Navan’s decision to put down roots here reflects why Massachusetts continues to be a top destination for companies shaping the future of business and technology.”

Navan was recently named a 2026 Built In Best Place to Work in the US and across San Francisco, New York City, Austin, and Dallas.
