HKW Acquires Handling Systems and Conveyors

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HKW, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth companies, has acquired Handling Systems and Conveyors, Inc. (“HSC”).

HSC is a vertically integrated designer, manufacturer, installer and service provider of crane, hoist, conveyor and tooling solutions serving aerospace & defense, industrial manufacturing and transportation end markets. Founded in 1992, HSC provides engineered material handling systems and aftermarket services that support automation, productivity and safety across complex manufacturing environments.
