Gabrielle Harvey and Brendan Callahan Join Cushman & Wakefield As Executive Vice Chairs in New England

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cushman & Wakefield announced that it has hired Gabrielle Harvey and Brendan Callahan as Executive Vice Chairs, based in the firm’s Boston office. Harvey and Callahan will further strengthen the brokerage group’s tenant representation and portfolio services platform throughout New England and nationally. The team brings extensive expertise in headquarter strategy and portfolio optimization for major Fortune 500 companies, executing complex, large-scale real estate transactions across the globe.

Harvey and Callahan join Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where they held senior leadership roles and advised corporate occupiers across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. The team has transacted in all major U.S. markets, as well as EMEA, South America, and Asia-Pacific. They have closed more than $2 billion in headquarter deals for local and national clients, leading to their extensive experience in global portfolio strategy work.

Gabrielle Harvey currently sits on the Board of CoreNet Global’s New England Chapter, where she also serves as the secretary for the Executive Council to the Board. She is also involved in the SMU Cox School of Business’ Alumni Board, sits on the Regional Council for Syracuse University, and is on the Advisory Board for Eastern Bank.

Brendan Callahan an active leader within CoreNet Global New England and other industry organizations, including Junior Achievement of Greater Boston, where he is an Emeritus Board Member.
