Global Medical REIT Inc. Announces Dates for 2025 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Earnings Release and Webcast

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Medical REIT Inc. (NYSE: GMRE) (the “Company” or “GMRE”), announced today that it intends to release its fourth quarter and year-end 2025 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The Company intends to hold a conference call to discuss those results the following day, Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The conference call will be hosted by President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Decker, Jr., Chief Financial Officer Robert Kiernan, Chief Investment Officer Alfonzo Leon and Chief Operating Officer Danica Holley.

Please note, at the time it releases its fourth quarter and year-end 2025 financial results, the Company's previously announced name change to Chiron Real Estate Inc. will have taken effect.
