Del Webb Announces First Active Adult Community in Bridgeland®

Gated 55+ Community to Feature Exclusive Del Webb Amenity Center and Access to Award-Winning Master Planned Community Amenities

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Del Webb, America’s leading builder of active adult communities for those 55+, today announced Del Webb Bridgeland, a new 190-acre community planned for Bridgeland, the 11,500-acre master planned community in northwest Houston developed by Howard Hughes Communities™. Del Webb Bridgeland will be the first active adult community in Bridgeland, offering residents an unmatched lifestyle in one of the nation’s most desirable master planned communities.
