Gregg Metcalf Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Director

Leading Office Tenant Representation Broker Bolsters Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta and National Capabilities and Will Partner With Top Brokers Ken Ashley and Sam Hollis

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Gregg Metcalf has joined the firm as Executive Director.

Metcalf brings more than 30 years of experience to Cushman & Wakefield advising private, corporate and institutional clients on complex real estate strategies, including headquarters relocations, build-to-suit projects, incentive negotiations and acquisition planning. He is especially adept at helping occupiers of office space navigate dynamic markets, unlock opportunity and achieve transformational outcomes. Metcalf joins the firm from JLL.

With his background as a former landlord/developer representative combined with his experience as a tenant advisor, Metcalf delivers unique insight and value by understanding both sides of every transaction and delivering data-driven strategies to guide clients through portfolio optimization, improve operational performance and drive immediate and long-term success.

Metcalf will partner closely with Cushman & Wakefield Executive Directors Ken Ashley and Sam Hollis.

He is a past president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a graduate of Georgia State University.
