Davidson Bogel Brokers Grand Prairie Industrial Land Sale to Alliuz Industrial

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A 10-acre infill industrial tract at 2801 S. Greatwest Parkway has sold, positioning the site for the development of two warehouse buildings within one of the Dallas–Fort Worth area’s most established industrial corridors.

The transaction was brokered by Philip Cherrick of Davidson Bogel Real Estate, who represented the buyer, Alliuz. The seller was represented by Pete Richardson of Primera.

The property is located in the Great Southwest Industrial District, a long-established logistics and manufacturing hub in the central DFW Metroplex. Plans call for the construction of two warehouse buildings.

Davidson Bogel Real Estate is a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm with a focus on industrial, land, office, and investment sales across North Texas. Alliuz is an international development firm with an expanding U.S. platform, focused on industrial and logistics-oriented projects.

The sale reflects continued demand for infill industrial land in Grand Prairie, where developable industrial sites have become increasingly limited.
