Larridin Appoints SaaS Industry Leader Nick Mehta to Board of Directors

Former CEO of Gainsight brings strategic expertise to Larridin’s mission to help enterprises govern and scale AI responsibly.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Larridin, the AI measurement and scaling platform, today announced the appointment of Nick Mehta to its Board of Directors. Mehta, who served as CEO of Gainsight from 2013 to 2025, emerged as a defining pioneer in the customer success category and a leading voice in metrics-driven growth for enterprise software companies. With over a decade of experience transforming how B2B SaaS companies engage customers and drive retention, Mehta’s perspective will be instrumental as Larridin accelerates its growth in the AI intelligence market.

“AI is at a similar inflection point to what we saw with customer success a decade ago; it’s powerful, but underutilized without the right systems to measure impact,” said Nick Mehta.

“AI is at a similar inflection point to what we saw with customer success a decade ago; it’s powerful, but underutilized without the right systems to measure impact,” said Nick Mehta. “Larridin is building exactly what enterprise leaders need: visibility into where AI is working, where it’s not, and how to scale it responsibly. I’m thrilled to support that mission.”

“Nick has helped shape how modern SaaS companies define success, and his perspective will be invaluable as we bring clarity and control to the world of enterprise AI,” said Russ Fradin, CEO and co-founder of Larridin. “His deep understanding of SaaS, customer outcomes, and scalable growth will help shape our next chapter as we expand our initiatives.”

The appointment builds on Larridin’s strong momentum, marked by new enterprise customers including SurveyMonkey, Gainsight, Vertiv, Klaviyo, ReachPLC, and The Signatry, and recent recognition from analyst firm Intellyx with the 2025 Intellyx Digital Innovator Award.
