Suki Expands Executive Leadership With the Addition of Abhi Pathak as Chief Product Officer

Seasoned Product Leader Joins Suki to Accelerate the Next Era of Ambient Clinical Intelligence

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Suki, the leader in artificial intelligence (AI) technology for healthcare, today announced the appointment of Abhi Pathak as Chief Product Officer. His arrival follows a year of rapid enterprise adoption, continued customer growth, and notable advancements in reducing the administrative complexity clinicians face every day. In this role, Pathak will apply his expertise in scaling category-defining products to guide Suki’s product strategy and accelerate Suki’s next phase of innovation across its expanding ecosystem.

Pathak brings more than 15 years of product leadership experience across some of the world’s most influential technology companies, including Amazon and Dropbox. Over the past seven years, he has focused deeply on healthcare innovation—most recently as Chief Product Officer at Accolade, where he led product management, design, and data across multiple business lines. Prior to that, he helped scale PlushCare from Series A through its acquisition by Accolade, building core product capabilities that supported rapid growth. His background includes developing long-range product visions, expanding categories, and driving product-led growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization—expertise that will be instrumental as Suki enters its next stage of scale.

“Ambient AI is quickly becoming the backbone of modern care delivery, and product strategy will determine who shapes the future of this category,” said Punit Soni, CEO and Founder of Suki. “At Suki, that means building technology that not only removes administrative friction but elevates the entire care experience. Abhi brings the clarity, rigor, and vision required to scale our solutions across complex health systems, and we’re thrilled to welcome him at such an important moment in our journey.”

Over the past eight years, more than 400 health organizations have adopted Suki to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden across their care settings. That footprint continues to expand, with more than 25 partners now embedding Suki’s ambient clinical intelligence directly into their own applications to offer clinicians faster workflows and a more natural, seamless experience at the point of care.

“The future of health tech depends on ambient intelligence that is intuitive, deeply integrated, and built to scale,” said Abhi Pathak, Chief Product Officer at Suki. “AI features alone aren’t enough—health systems and partners need solutions that simplify and unify workflows, insights, and outcomes. Suki has built the foundation for exactly that, and I’m excited to help advance this next chapter and transform how clinicians and organizations experience technology.”

Pathak’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company and is part of Suki’s continued leadership expansion, joining Dr. Kevin Wang (Chief Medical Officer), Joe Chang (Chief Technology Officer), and Dr. Vikram Khanna, PhD (Chief Customer Officer). Together, the strengthened C-suite brings complementary expertise in clinical excellence, technical innovation, customer experience, and product strategy—positioning Suki to lead the next frontier of Ambient Clinical Intelligence for the healthcare industry.
