Piper Sandler Elevates New Co-Heads of Healthcare Investment Banking, Consumer Investment Banking, and Equity Capital Markets

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Piper Sandler Companies (NYSE: PIPR), a leading investment bank, is pleased to announce the appointments of new co-heads of healthcare investment banking, consumer investment banking and equity capital markets.

Healthcare

• Brandon Rice will become co-head of healthcare investment banking. Rice was previously managing director in the healthcare investment banking group, focused on M&A advisory and capital markets transactions for disruptive medical technology companies.
• Chad Huber will become co-head of healthcare investment banking. Huber was previously global co-head of equity capital markets, where he focused largely on originating and executing equity transactions for life sciences companies.
• Peter Day will remain co-head of healthcare investment banking.

Consumer

• Carlos Sanchez will become co-head of consumer investment banking. Sanchez is a managing director in the consumer investment banking team and head of consumer M&A, focused on providing M&A advisory to companies across consumer verticals.
• Damon Chandik will remain co-head of consumer investment banking.
• Janica Lane will remain co-head of consumer investment banking.

Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

• Paul Scansaroli will become global co-head of equity capital markets. Scansaroli was previously managing director and head of healthcare equity capital markets, focused on growth healthcare companies as well as the institutional/venture funds that invest in the sector.
• David Stadinski will remain global co-head of equity capital markets.
