(Nasdaq: KE) today announced the Company is intensifying its focus on strategic development with the appointment of a new member to its leadership team. Andrew D. Regrut, Treasurer and Investor Relations Officer, will now also lead the strategic development efforts of the Company.

Commenting on Mr. Regrut’s expanded role, Jana T. Croom, Chief Financial Officer, stated, “I’m thrilled to be announcing Andy’s promotion and addition to our leadership team. In this new capacity, Mr. Regrut will report to Ms. Croom as a Section 16 Officer of the Company.

Kimball also announced that it will participate at the Piper Sandler 37th Annual Healthcare Conference, being held December 2-4, 2025, at The Lotte New York Palace in New York, NY. Ms. Croom, Mr. Regrut, and Michael Morales, Director of Corporate Development will be in attendance.
