Glean Achieves the AWS Agentic AI Specialization

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Work AI leader Glean today announced that it has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Agentic AI Specialization, a new category launched within the AWS AI Competency. This specialization recognizes Glean as an AWS Partner that enables customers to deploy smart, self-operating AI systems that can think, plan, and work independently to execute complex business processes.

The AWS AI Specialization in Agentic AI distinguishes Glean as an AWS Partner with proven technical expertise and customer success in delivering production-ready autonomous AI systems that reason, plan, collaborate, utilize tools, execute tasks, and continuously improve. Glean excels in integrating with Amazon Bedrock Agents and other leading AWS compatible frameworks, enabling customers to move beyond AI experimentation to deploy autonomous systems that deliver tangible returns on investment.

“Earning the AWS Agentic AI Specialization validates the hard engineering work behind our agentic engine and our deep investments in building production-grade autonomous systems on AWS,” said Zubin Irani, VP of Partnerships, Glean. “Together with AWS, we’re helping enterprises at every step of their AI journey deploy agents that understand enterprise context, enforce permissions, and execute real work across their systems with reliability, auditability, and scale.”

Glean's Work AI platform understands the context of each enterprise, the way data, people, and processes come together to get work done. With this foundation, Glean is able to deliver agents that can get real work done autonomously by reasoning and acting on that context. With Glean on AWS, customers can move from simple tasks to end-to-end workflow automation with their context residing in their own enterprise cloud environment, while taking advantage of the latest models from Amazon Bedrock. Teams use Glean on AWS to turn autonomous agent capability into measurable operational gains, scaling AI across the organization without heavyweight implementation or custom orchestration layers.

This Specialization ensures customers can confidently select partners who demonstrate validated expertise in building and implementing enterprise-grade AI agents. These specialized partners help organizations deploy autonomous AI systems that can handle end-to-end business processes across diverse use cases including enterprise knowledge operations, intelligent process automation, autonomous customer operations, financial operations automation, and supply chain optimization.

This expansion of the AWS AI Specialization now includes partners that demonstrate advanced capabilities delivering enterprise-ready generative AI and agentic AI systems to customers.
