HARMAN Confirms Completion of Sale of Digital Transformation Solutions Business to Wipro

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HARMAN today announced the official closing of the previously announced sale of its Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit to Wipro Limited, following all required regulatory approvals. The transaction advances HARMAN’s strategic focus on strengthening its core Automotive and Lifestyle businesses while ensuring continuity and opportunity for DTS employees and customers.

With the transition finalized, DTS will now operate as part of Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line. As part of the acquisition, Wipro will enter into a multi-year strategic agreement with HARMAN and Samsung, further deepening the relationship and creating new avenues for joint growth and transformation.

HARMAN will continue to invest in advanced automotive, audio, and connected technologies that deliver meaningful innovation for automakers, consumers, and enterprises worldwide.
