Aviation Institute of Maintenance Supports Aviation Workforce Pipeline as Sponsor of AOPA Foundation High School Aviation STEM Symposium

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is proud to serve as a Diamond Sponsor of the 2025 AOPA Foundation High School Aviation STEM Symposium, taking place November 16-18 in Indianapolis, Indiana. As the premier national gathering of high school educators, administrators, and industry leaders, the symposium hosts more than 500 attendees each year to advance pathways toward aviation careers.

AIM’s Diamond Sponsorship provides high-visibility opportunities to showcase aviation maintenance education and the institute’s leadership in workforce development. AIM is honored to host the Monday evening reception, as well as a breakout session designed to engage educators, students, and industry partners nationwide.

The breakout session titled, “From STEM to Sky: Inspiring Careers in Aviation Maintenance,” will showcase the success stories of AIM alumni Tiffany Logan and Aaron Martin, who first discovered their interest in aviation maintenance through high school STEM programs and went on to build rewarding careers through an AIM education. The session will be moderated by Mark Holloway, Executive Director of Aviation Education at AIM.
