CheckedUp Appoints Jordan Grafman as Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer to Strengthen Client Partnerships and Advance Strategic Growth Initiatives

This strategic executive hire, championed by Dr. Richard Awdeh, CEO and Co-Founder, reflects the company’s continued commitment to accelerated growth, enhanced client partnerships, and innovation across the healthcare technology landscape.

In this role, Jordan will report directly to David Bernstein, Chief Revenue Officer, and will focus on strengthening client partnerships, advancing strategic initiatives, and ensuring service excellence across CheckedUp’s national network of healthcare clients.

Jordan Grafman is a distinguished sales and client strategy executive with nearly 25 years of experience across healthcare, publishing, and technology sectors. He most recently served as EVP, Global Head of Sales at Sermo, overseeing global commercial HCP, Medical Affairs, and Market Research operations. Previously, he was SVP, Client Solutions at PatientPoint, where he guided post-merger transitions and managed strategic initiatives and key partnerships. At Outcome Health, as SVP and VP, Industry Sales, Jordan successfully rebuilt client and agency trust while managing major accounts across Pharma’s top 20 manufacturers. Earlier, he founded Gotham Media Group, an independent publisher’s representative business, and held roles at Sales Management Group and the New York Daily News, establishing a strong foundation in client strategy and business development.
