SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--QAD Inc., the company transforming manufacturing and supply chains with intelligent, adaptive solutions, today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Kavida Technologies Ltd (t/a Kavida.ai), a pioneer in agentic AI for industrial companies.

The move fast-tracks QAD’s Champion AI roadmap and introduces immediate, high-impact automation for manufacturers — promising to free up nearly half of a buyer’s workday by eliminating manual post-order and supplier-collaboration tasks. The closing of the transaction is subject to UK regulatory approval.

Kavida.ai’s powerful procurement agents immediately strengthen the Champion AI platform with live, high-value use cases in strategic sourcing and ERP automation, giving manufacturers faster access to measurable productivity gains.
