Cruisers Yachts Reports Strong Performance at 66th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

OCONTO, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cruisers Yachts, a premier American manufacturer of luxury yachts and a wholly owned subsidiary of MarineMax, Inc. (NYSE: HZO), the world’s largest recreational boat and yacht retailer, marina operator and superyacht services company, today reported a post-COVID record performance at the 66th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Cruisers Yachts introduced four new vessels at the show including the new 50 FLY, which features an expansive flybridge ideal for open-air entertaining. Also debuting were the 38 VTR and 38 VTR EC, versatile day yachts built for unforgettable adventures. Rounding out the new 2026 model year lineup was the 50 GLS Coupe, now available with a midship enclosure for enhanced climate control and extended seasonal use.

“We listen closely to how our customers use their boats—their desire for versatility, comfort, and cutting-edge design drives everything we create,” said Mark Pedersen, President of Cruisers Yachts. “This year’s lineup reflects that understanding, introducing models that anticipate real-world needs and set a new standard for innovation and craftsmanship. By designing around the way people truly boat, we’re shaping the future of the on-water experience.”

The debut of the 38 VTR and 38 VTR EC marks an exciting expansion of the Cruisers Yachts lineup into a segment where the brand has not previously competed. These versatile day yachts introduce Cruisers Yachts to a new set of customers, broadening the brand’s reach and appeal while maintaining the commitment to quality and adventure that defines every vessel.

Dan Zenz, Vice President of Sales for Cruisers Yachts, added, “The 38 VTR, 38 VTR EC, and 50 FLY embody the versatility today’s boaters are looking for, perfect for families seeking adventure, couples enjoying weekends on the water, or entertaining guests in comfort and style. These models truly showcase how Cruisers Yachts delivers experiences for every lifestyle. The 50 GLS Coupe design option enhances the already popular 50 GLS, giving owners even more ways to enjoy their time on the water.”

The new 50 FLY follows in the footsteps of the recently launched 57 FLY, further elevating the Cruisers Yachts brand with its refined interior design and exterior styling. Featuring a wide beam, the 50 FLY offers a spacious interior volume unmatched in its class. Notably, it stands as the only 50-foot flybridge yacht in this segment built by a premier U.S. manufacturer, underscoring Cruisers Yachts’ commitment to excellence and leadership in American yacht building.
