Amphenol Corporation Closes Trexon Acquisition

WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Trexon from Audax Private Equity for approximately $1 billion in cash.

As previously disclosed, Trexon is expected to be accretive to earnings in the first year post closing, and will be included in the Harsh Environment Solutions segment.
