NWN Appoints Mike Qualley as Chief Operating Officer to Accelerate AI‑Powered Services Growth & Operational Excellence

Former Sirius and CDW executive will scale systems, logistics, offerings operations and supply chain across NWN’s expanding platform following record growth and strategic acquisitions.

BOSTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NWN, the leading provider of AI‑powered technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Mike Qualley as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Qualley will lead company‑wide operations with a mandate to drive Operational Excellence as the company scales NWN’s platform to support over 6000 clients across North America.

NWN continues a strong growth trajectory in 2025, including the launch of AiVA intelligent assistants and Managed DEX, a five‑year strategic partnership as the Official Technology Infrastructure Partner for the Kraft Group, and the acquisition of InterVision Systems to expand cloud, cybersecurity, and AI capabilities nationwide. Now a top national partner for strategic OEMs including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, HPE/Juniper, AWS, HP and ServiceNow, NWN’s Offerings portfolio is uniquely positioned to address the $2T IT Spend focused on AI-Services adoption through its patented Experience Management (EMP) Platform.

“Mike is a builder and a scaler,” said Jim Sullivan, President & CEO of NWN. “His track record leading large, complex services organizations is exactly what we need as we integrate new capabilities, elevate quality, and deliver the next level of AI‑powered experiences for our customers.”

Qualley brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology operations and services. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Stealth Monitoring, and previously as Executive Vice President of Data, Digital & Security at Sirius Computer Solutions (a CDW company), where he led the Technology Solutions Group and Solutions Operations teams. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Forsythe Solutions Group—helping grow product and services to over $1B—and executive positions at ABN AMRO North America and Commerx Inc. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from DePauw University.

“NWN has the right strategy—and the momentum—to lead this market,” said Mike Qualley. “My focus is operational excellence at scale: unifying systems, driving our internal analytics, and ultimately helping to accelerating time‑to‑value as customers adopt our EMP‑powered, AI‑driven solutions across cloud, CX, security, and the modern workplace.”

Qualley will be responsible for managing NWN’s advanced business systems, overseeing warehouse and logistics operations, supply chain management, and sales order fulfillment. Additionally, Qualley will lead initiatives to enhance AI-driven business analytics aimed at supporting the company's quality standards, Net Promoter Score (NPS), timely and cost-effective delivery, partner enablement, and service profitability.
