Valvoline Inc. Announces Hitesh Patel as Chief Technology and Cybersecurity Officer

LEXINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV), the quick, easy, trusted leader in preventive automotive maintenance, today announced that Hitesh Patel has joined the company as its Chief Technology and Cybersecurity Officer, effective immediately. Patel brings decades of retail technology and cybersecurity expertise to the company.

Prior to joining Valvoline Inc., Patel served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Sleep Number where he led enterprise technology capabilities and initiatives. He also drove IT transformation and managed complex technology initiatives for retailers such as Advance Auto Parts and Best Buy.
