MSCI Launches Public Offering of Senior Unsecured Notes

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community, announced today that it has commenced an offering of senior unsecured notes (the “notes”) in a registered public offering (the “Offering”). The proposed Offering is subject to market and other conditions. MSCI intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, which may include, without limitation, potential repurchases of its common stock, investments and acquisitions.

J.P. Morgan and BofA Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the Offering.
