Credo Announces Changes to Board, Appointing Brian Kelleher, Former Senior Vice President of Engineering with NVIDIA, to Independent Director Role

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (Credo) (NASDAQ: CRDO), an innovator in providing secure, high-speed connectivity solutions that deliver improved reliability and energy efficiency, today announced it has appointed Brian Kelleher to its Board of Directors as an Independent Director. Kelleher joined the board effective October 27, 2025, and brings decades of experience in advanced chip design and artificial intelligence (AI) systems to Credo. Lip-Bu Tan resigned from the Board, effective October 23, 2025.

Kelleher joined NVIDIA in 2000 and served as Senior Vice President of GPU Engineering from 2005 until 2024. During that time, he led the GPU product development organization and helped usher in the era of general-purpose GPU computing. Before joining NVIDIA in 2000, Kelleher was Vice President of Hardware Engineering at 3dfx Interactive. Prior to that, he founded Dynamic Pictures, where he held various positions including CEO, Chief Technical Officer, and Executive Vice President. Kelleher also served as head graphics designer for the MIPS-based development team at Digital Equipment Corp., in Palo Alto, California. He currently serves on the advisory boards for Caspia Technologies and Snowcap Compute. Kelleher holds a B.S. degree in computer science from Brown University.
