Owlet to Report Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results on November 13, 2025

(“Owlet” or the “Company”) (NYSE: OWLT), the pioneer of smart infant monitoring, plans to announce third quarter 2025 financial results after market close on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Owlet’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Jonathan Harris, and Chief Financial Officer, Amanda Twede Crawford, will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. ET the same day to discuss these results and provide a business update.
