Texas Trial Attorney Clayton Bailey Named Litigation Star

Bailey Brauer co-founder earns Benchmark honor for 12th consecutive year

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clayton Bailey of the Texas-based trial and appellate firm Bailey Brauer PLLC has earned Local Litigation Star recognition from Benchmark Litigation for a 12th consecutive year.

Mr. Bailey was first honored as a Future Star by Benchmark in 2012 and has been a Litigation Star mainstay since 2015. He regularly represents clients throughout the country in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, RICO, employment law, trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust, unfair business practices, and the Packers and Stockyards Act.

Since co-founding Bailey Brauer in 2013, he has saved his trial and appellate clients more than $1 billion in potential exposure in federal district and bankruptcy courts across the country and in state courts in more than a dozen states.

Among the nation’s preeminent agribusiness attorneys, he contributed his authoritative voice to sections exploring issues affecting the beef and poultry industries, and an examination of the administration and enforcement of the USDA’s Packers and Stockyards Act in the American Bar Association’s “Agriculture and Food Handbook.”

In addition to his latest Litigation Star recognition, Mr. Bailey’s work has earned professional honors from The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers, Lawdragon, and D CEO magazine. He is a member of the Litigation Counsel of America, Federal Bar Association, and The Trial Institute.
