YuJa and Notre Dame to Share Practical Strategies for Scaling Accessibility at EDUCAUSE 2025

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At the upcoming EDUCAUSE 2025 Annual Conference, YuJa, Inc. and the University of Notre Dame will present practical approaches to help institutions scale their accessibility efforts using automation and AI.

The presentation, "Scaling Accessibility: How Automation and AI are Making Universal Access Achievable," is set for Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 2:15 to 3 p.m. CDT in Meeting Room 204, Level 2 of the Nashville Music City Center. Steve Varela, director of Teaching and Learning Technologies at the University of Notre Dame, and Isaac Kingsmith, director of Business Development at YuJa, Inc., will share frameworks that help institutions create accessible learning environments more efficiently.

While the number of students with disabilities continues to grow, many don't disclose their needs to institutions. At the same time, accessibility challenges across educational websites remain widespread, highlighting the need for scalable solutions. These gaps create risks for student success and institutional compliance.
