NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Representatives from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), Home Bank, Liberty Bank & Trust and Renasant Bank will award $60,000 in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funds to the New Orleans Neighborhood Development Foundation (NDF) during a ceremonial check presentation at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The funds will support NDF’s mission to help low- and moderate-income families achieve homeownership and financial stability through education, counseling and advocacy.

The PGP offers a 5:1 match of member contributions—up to $25,000 per member—to support community-based organizations involved in affordable housing or economic development activities that complement other FHLB Dallas community investment programs.
