Gilmore Bell Adds New Attorneys in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gilmore & Bell, P.C., a leading public finance law firm, is pleased to announce that Amalia Duncan and Aubrey Manculich Gatter have joined the firm as associates in the St. Louis office.

Ms. Duncan received a B.A. degree in Romance Languages and Literatures with a focus on Spanish and French from Harvard University in 2015 (cum laude). In 2017, she received a Post-Graduate Certificate in Global Business from the University of Chester in the United Kingdom. Ms. Duncan received her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2023. During law school, Ms. Duncan was an 1843 Scholar and earned an Academic Excellence Award for Transactional Drafting. In addition, she spent a semester studying International Business Law at the Université Paris Dauphine – PSL. Ms. Duncan is licensed to practice in Missouri.

Ms. Manculich Gatter received a B.A. degree in Mathematics and International Studies from Western Oregon University in 2019 (magna cum laude). She earned her J.D. with a concentration in tax law from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2025. While in law school, Ms. Manculich Gatter served as an executive for the Women’s Law Association all three years, as an Associate Managing Editor for The Business, Entrepreneurial & Tax Law Review, and as a Dean’s Fellow of Property law. Ms. Manculich Gatter is licensed to practice in Missouri.
