Ziff Davis Appoints J.T. Farley Director of Investor Relations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ziff Davis, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZD), has appointed J.T. Farley Director of Investor Relations. In this role, Mr. Farley will lead engagement with the investment community and communicate the company’s strategy, growth story, and financial performance. He will report to Bret Richter, Chief Financial Officer of Ziff Davis.

Mr. Farley brings to Ziff Davis more than 15 years of experience in investor relations and strategic communications, primarily supporting public companies. He was Managing Director, Investor Relations at Cowen, where he led global investor relations. Mr. Farley also led investor relations and corporate communications for ITG and held sales and marketing roles at Bank of America and E*TRADE. He began his career in financial media at CNBC Asia. Prior to joining Ziff Davis, Mr. Farley also served as a diplomat with the U.S. Department of State.

Mr. Farley holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and an M.A. in Asian Politics from the University of Hong Kong.
