Cushman & Wakefield Hires Tony Coskren and Brian Pinch in Boston to Lead Industrial Investment Sales Throughout New England

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, announced that it has hired Tony Coskren and Brian Pinch as Vice Chairs, based in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Coskren and Mr. Pinch will partner with the Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group to build out the firm’s industrial investment sales platform throughout Greater Boston and New England, as well as bolster industrial leasing efforts throughout the region. They officially joined the firm on October 14, 2025.

Mr. Coskren and Mr. Pinch join the firm from Newmark, where they served as executive managing directors. Over the course of their career, they have executed more than 120 million square feet of transactions, specializing in institutional investment sales and leasing in the warehouse, manufacturing, food/beverage, last mile and e-commerce industries. Both previously spent time with JLL building out the firm’s industrial platform in the Northeast.
