Organizations across the globe are invited to submit an application, detailing the depth and breadth of their employee well-being programs including how they destigmatize mental health issues, improve access to care, strengthen belonging, and leverage digital tools to improve the well-being of their workforces.

Awards will be given across various size bands, honoring small businesses all the way up to enterprise level corporations for their important efforts to champion employee well-being, with special acknowledgements in the following categories:

  • Mental Health Heroes: Awarded for outstanding program or initiative that promotes a positive mental health culture and reduces stigma around mental health issues.
  • Health Equity: Awarded for outstanding program or initiative that uniquely supports underserved populations and improves health equity.
  • Innovative Integration: Awarded for exemplary holistic program that addresses the different dimensions of well-being including physical, financial, emotional, social and intellectual.
  • Global Champion: Awarded for outstanding program with the most dynamic and comprehensive global employee engagement.
  • Power of Leadership: Awarded for organizational leadership that is committed to exemplifying the value of engaging in employee well-being initiatives.

Submissions will be accepted online here through Jan. 15, 2026, with winners slated to be announced in the Spring. A panel of ComPsych leaders will evaluate submissions based on the merit and breadth of their well-being programs, employee engagement and communication, and measurable outcomes among employee populations.
