JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Metro Development Group officially opened Diamond Springs, Duval County’s first lagoon community, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 9. Builders, community leaders, and Metro team members joined the celebration as the first model homes, built by Dream Finders Homes, welcomed visitors for tours.
