Ms. Shofner’s background includes serving as assistant general counsel of a family-owned and operated business based in DFW but with a nationwide presence. After her time in-house, Kelsey founded Shofner Consulting, PLLC, where she partnered with clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including entity formation, contract preparation and negotiation, employment policies, intellectual property protection and HR best practices.

Kelsey also worked in the corporate group of a nationally recognized law firm, leading private fundraising and merger and acquisition deals ranging from $1 million to $150 million total equity value.

Her arrival continues the firm’s Dallas office expansion, especially in complex commercial litigation, discovery counsel and corporate adjunct services.
