Exchange Bank Welcomes Marbin Morales as Vice President, Branch Manager III

SANTA ROSA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Marbin Morales as Vice President, Branch Manager III. In his new role, Morales will manage the Bank’s Rohnert Park branch and oversee operations at the Cotati branch.

With more than a decade of experience in banking, Morales began his career as a Teller at Wells Fargo Bank and advanced into leadership roles at Luther Burbank Savings, U.S. Bank, and most recently, Summit State Bank, where he served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager. Throughout his career, Morales has developed extensive expertise in client relationship management, branch operations, and community banking leadership.

In 2025, Morales was recognized as a Forty Under 40 honoree by the North Bay Business Journal. He is an active member of the Sonoma County community, serving on the Board of Directors for NAMI Sonoma County, Treasurer for Common Ground Society, and a member of Leadership Santa Rosa Class 41. Morales is also a dedicated volunteer with the Humane Society of Sonoma County, Redwood Empire Food Bank, and other local nonprofits.
