Hondros College Congratulates Graduate Sam Lofaso, Named RISMedia Rookie of the Year Finalist

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hondros College is proud to announce that alumnus Sam Lofaso has been named a 2025 RISMedia Rookie of the Year Finalist, recognizing his outstanding achievements and rapid success in the real estate industry.

Lofaso, a graduate of Hondros College’s real estate pre-licensing program, launched his career in 2023 with Lofaso Real Estate, a family-owned brokerage in Northeast Ohio. In just two years, he has quickly established himself as a rising star, earning recognition for his client dedication, community involvement, and impressive production.
