Forbes Names Experian One of America's Best Employers for Tech Workers 2025

Recognition for a culture that champions trusted AI innovation while fostering rewarding careers, learning, and collaboration for tech professionals

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Experian North America today announced that it has been named to Forbes’ list of the 2025 America’s Best Employers for Tech Workers, recognizing the top 300 employers that offer engaging work, flexible schedules, opportunities for growth and competitive compensation packages from among the nation’s leading technology companies. Experian ranked 42nd overall, up four spots from last year’s position, underscoring its position as one of the leading employers for technology talent.

In determining this year’s awardees, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 25,000 U.S. tech workers at companies with at least 1,000 employees nationwide. The analysis included data from more than 300,000 employer evaluations collected during a three-year period, measuring both employee feedback and public perception.

“This recognition is a powerful validation of our commitment to fostering an innovative and supportive workplace that sets us apart,” said Jeff Softley, CEO of Experian North America. “Our teams drive innovation that helps millions of consumers and businesses, and we’re committed to ensuring our team members have the culture, support and opportunities they need to succeed, both in and out of the workplace.”

Experian’s initiatives include flexible work models, a global Mental Health First Aiders program with nearly 400 trained volunteers across 23 countries, and comprehensive career development resources such as the Leadership Exchange portal, Global Careers Week, and Experian University’s digital curriculum. These programs ensure employees at every level have access to the tools and support they need to develop their skills and advance their careers.

In the survey, current workers were asked to evaluate their employers based on such criteria as: salary, professional development opportunities, workplace flexibility, the ability of employees to express ideas and opinions openly, and if the company has a reputation for being technologically progressive.
