Nuvve Holding Corp. Requests Hearing before Nasdaq Hearings Panel to Appeal Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nuvve Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: NVVE), a green energy technology company that provides a globally-available, commercial vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology platform that enables electric vehicle (EV) batteries to store and resell unused energy back to the local electric grid and provides other grid services, today announced that, as previously disclosed on September 3, 2025, it has timely requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) to appeal the previously disclosed notice of delisting determination (the “Delisting Determination”) regarding non-compliance with the minimum bid price listing requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the minimum stockholders’ equity requirements under Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).

As previously disclosed, on September 3, 2025, the Company timely requested a hearing with the Panel to appeal the Delisting Determination, at which the Company intends to present its plan to regain and thereafter maintain compliance with all applicable Nasdaq listing requirements.

Under applicable Nasdaq rules, the Company’s request for a hearing with the Panel automatically stays any suspension or delisting action by Nasdaq pending the outcome of the hearing and the expiration of any extension period granted by the Panel.
