Jordan McCarley Joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Carolinas Institutional Multifamily Advisory Team as Executive Vice Chair

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Jordan McCarley has joined the firm as Executive Vice Chair in the Carolinas Institutional Multifamily Advisory team and broader Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group.

McCarley, who began his career with a Cushman & Wakefield legacy company, rejoins the firm as part of the Carolinas Institutional Multifamily team’s industry-leading platform in the Carolinas. McCarley will lead the Carolinas Multifamily team alongside Blake Okland, Paul Marley and Alex McDermott.

McCarley has nearly 20 years of experience in the Carolinas, providing multifamily investment advisory services to institutional and private-capital investors and developers. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the disposition of more than 700 transactions valued at more than $20 billion.
