Strengthening Research Capabilities

FCM has expanded its Equity Research team with the addition of seasoned analysts covering key sectors critical to clients’ investment strategies. At Freedom Capital Markets, Joe will play a key role in expanding the firm’s trading capabilities and strengthening client relationships across institutional markets.

Leadership in Banking

FCM has appointed James Ramp as the new Head of Investment Banking, who brings more than three decades of management experience and building new financial divisions. James’ career includes executive roles at Berenberg Capital Markets, Susquehanna International Group (SIG), Cowen and Rothschild Inc. He will oversee the continued growth of the firm’s capital markets and advisory platform, with a focus on IPOs, follow-on offerings, mergers & acquisitions, growth financing, SPACs and strategic advisory.
