UJET Appoints Ian Peters-Campbell as Chief Technology Officer, Advancing AI Leadership in Customer Experience

Seasoned technology leader to help accelerate UJET’s AI-centric product roadmap and engineering capabilities to support global growth

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UJET, a leader in AI-powered contact center solutions, today announced the appointment of Ian Peters-Campbell as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Peters-Campbell is tasked with leading the development of new global engineering hubs to attract top talent, advancing AI integration across UJET’s product roadmap, and implementing automation to increase the engineering team's efficiency and agility.

“It’s very rare to see a company develop technology that improves the quality of life for their customers’ employees, saves customers money through operational efficiencies, and improves the end customer service experience,” said Peters-Campbell. “UJET’s successes are proof that innovation combined with world-class engineering can solve the age-old problems facing customer service teams: long wait times, lack of personalization, and customer churn. UJET’s cloud-native, mobile-centric, and AI-first platform is well-positioned to disrupt the highly competitive CCaaS industry.”

This appointment follows UJET’s $76 million Series D funding and the recent ascension of Vasili Triant to CEO. Together, these milestones reflect UJET’s strong leadership bench, accelerating growth, and focus on differentiation and customer-centric AI innovation in a crowded market.

Peters-Campbell began his career at Napster more than 25 years ago and went on to lead initiatives across the gaming, mobile development, and payments industries before co-founding Stickbuilt in 2014. There, he partnered with UJET founder Anand Janefalkar to build the company’s first proof-of-concept—a collaboration that helped secure UJET’s early venture funding.

“Adding Ian to the leadership team underscores our commitment to scale our AI-centric product roadmap and stay ahead of the market,” said Vasili Triant, CEO of UJET. “His experience, from co-developing our first prototype to leading large-scale technology teams, uniquely positions him to guide our next phase of technology innovation.”

With AI embedded into every layer of its platform, from customer journeys to agent workflows, UJET is enabling enterprises to reduce costs, enhance reliability, and deliver faster, more personalized support at scale. To learn more about UJET’s technology, click here.
