Aldous Law Attorneys Receive Repeat Honors from The Best Lawyers in America

Charla Aldous adds Lawyer of the Year honors for Dallas-Fort Worth in two categories

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--All three attorneys at the boutique civil litigation firm Aldous Law have been selected for repeat recognition by The Best Lawyers in America. In addition, firm founder Charla Aldous has been chosen as 2026 Dallas-Fort Worth Lawyer of the Year in two categories: plaintiffs medical malpractice law and plaintiffs personal injury litigation.

Attorneys Caleb Miller and Eleanor Aldous also were singled out by Best Lawyers, which annually sifts through nominations and peer recommendations to select the nation’s top legal practitioners.

In addition to receiving Lawyer of the Year recognition in the medical malpractice and personal injury categories for plaintiffs, Charla Aldous was also cited for excellence in product liability litigation – plaintiffs. She has been on the Best Lawyers list annually since 2003 and is a member of the Best Lawyers advisory board.

Earlier this year, Ms. Aldous was recognized on Forbes’ Best-in-State Lawyer List and was the only personal injury lawyer in Texas to be included.

Mr. Miller received his third Best Lawyers citation for personal injury litigation – plaintiffs, and Eleanor Aldous was named for a second year to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list, which recognizes up-and-coming attorneys, for her plaintiffs personal injury litigation practice.

Both attorneys recently were included in the 2025 edition of Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation, a guide that highlights the nation’s leading young lawyers.

Aldous Law won a remarkable $71.95 million jury verdict last year on behalf of a family whose husband and father died in a tragic scissor lift accident. The verdict received a nod by Law.com and ALM in its Top 100 Verdicts of 2024.

The Best Lawyers in America recognitions are compiled through peer review coupled with staff evaluations. The publication’s editorial staff sifted through 41 million evaluations to compile the 32nd annual list.
