(NYSE: AMP) has been named by Forbes as one of “America’s Best Employers for New Grads” for 2025, recognizing the firm’s commitment to cultivating a supportive and growth-oriented workplace for early-career professionals. This list ranks the top 500 U.S. companies that score highest with young professionals on a comprehensive list of metrics, including: likelihood of employees to recommend their employer to others, benefits, advancement opportunities and employee satisfaction.

Forbes surveyed more than 100,000 young professionals, defined as those with less than 10 years of work experience, working for companies with at least 1,000 U.S. employees. Respondents of the survey were asked to rate their employer on a series of categories including benefits, working conditions, company image, flexibility and their likelihood to recommend their company to others. Survey responses from the last three years were included in the data set, with a heavier emphasis placed on more recent data.

Respondents rated their likelihood to recommend current, previous or familiar employers. They also rated current employers on topics like atmosphere and development, diversity, image, salary/wage, workplace and working conditions. Surveys were conducted between 2022-2024, with heavier weight placed on more recent data. The top 500 companies were recognized.
